The reorganisation of the gas sector, the situation in 2004 – The distribution companies and the sales companies (Available in Italian only: La riorganizzazione del settore del gas al 2004 – Le aziende di distribuzione e le aziende di vendita)

The study – carried out by REF Osservatorio Energia in co-operation with Anigas – analyses the gas sector in 2004, following the reorganisation brought about by the liberalisation introduced by the “Decreto Letta”. The population of distributors is reviewed and their market strategies are examined in the report along with legislation for the sector and its consistency with European competition goals.
